The Level 4 NVQ Diploma in Business Administrations (RQF) qualification provides learners with the skills, knowledge, understanding and competence to work effectively in a high level business administration role. The qualification is suitable for learners working in a wide variety of roles including; senior administration officers, senior administration managers and senior personal assistants and secretaries.
Duration of the Qualification
There is no set time for completion of the qualification. Most learners complete the qualification within four to five months, although some may complete it within a shorter time frame.
Content of the Qualification
The qualification covers are range of topics including managing business processes and services, analysing and presenting business documents and managing projects. It also covers communication and interpersonal skills in a business environment.
The qualification is assessed through the completion of assignments, observations and expert witness testimonies and evidence gathered when working in a senior business administration environment.
Learners are expected to have a minimum standard of literacy at Level 2 and work in a senior business-related environment.
