This qualification is regulated by TQUK and undertaken online. It provides learners with the skills, knowledge and understanding required of a customer service role, to deliver high level customer service skills The qualification is particularly suitable for learners who are new to a senior customer service role or looking to progress into this type of job role and wish to achieve a nationally recognised qualification.
Duration of the Qualification
There is no set time for completion of the qualification. Most learners complete the qualification within four to five months, although some learners may complete within a shorter time frame.
Content of the Qualification
The qualification covers are range of topics including developing and improving customer service, how customers behave, dealing with customer queries and complaints, promoting products and services and monitoring customer service performance.
Learners are expected to have a minimum standard of literacy at Level 2 and work in a business related environment.
